Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your booking or purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your booking must be unused and in the same condition as received. Cancellations or modifications must follow our booking guidelines.

Certain types of bookings are exempt from being returned or refunded. This includes:

  • Non-refundable bookings

  • Special packages and promotions

  • Gift vouchers or certificates

To complete a refund, we require proof of booking.

There are situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Late cancellations

  • Early checkouts

  • Any service not used due to reasons outside our control

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank; some processing time may occur.

Sale items

Only standard bookings are refundable. Promotional or discounted bookings cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace bookings if there is a clear error on our part or a defective service. If you need to exchange your booking for the same type of room, contact us at info@manaalpalace.lk.

Gifts

If the booking was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be processed to the original gift giver.
